Playing Chords

I am an amateur player and have a Yamaha I-455 keyboard. Is it possible to accompany with piano or guitar chords while playing the lead with another voice, say accordion or saxophone? If so how do I configure?

Should be easy enough. See your manual about setting up a keyboard split.

The SPLIT button will toggle the left-hand or Split Voice on or off. If you hold down the SPLIT button for a second or two it will take you to the menu function where you can select the Split Voice.
