I'm having a problem developing with my PX 130. From the lower register headed up to the second G, about every 5th time I play the note, especially on any of the pianos I can hear the G double hit the note and some of the time the tone is very, very sharp and tinny.
I'm wondering is there something mechanical about the design that someone knows I can have repaired or is it electronic?
I gig with this keyboard regularly, perhaps as few as twice a week and sometimes as much as four gigs.
I love the instrument and the feel of the action, and I love the gigging menus. I don't play extraordinarily hard but some of the music is rock and blues.
It only happens with this one key. And, has become a little more frequently over the last week, so I need advice.
Any advice or any history? I hit the key and through the amp I hear a rapid ding ding of a G. Meanwhile I play quite a bit in G and from time to time will "GLOBAL" my keyboard to G to accommodate my arthritis. Much like having a keyboard capo.
HELP PLEASE! ANYONE?
