Problem Roland Pcr800

Hi guys . I have a Roland PCR 800 that I connect to my computer via USB. The problem is that when I turn it on, it turns on for 10 seconds and then turns off all at once. Can anyone help? .
I changed the USB cable and USB panel of my device, but it did not work

If you've eliminated the cable and the computer port as the cause then there must be a direct short in the Roland connector.

Open it up if you dare, and inspect the cables/solder connections internal to the Roland looking for bridges and loose detritus around the connector and wherever it leads to.
