PSR e443 accompany is not respond

Yamaha PSR e443 only note C is respond when ACMP select. Rest notes and cords play as with voice. NO Accompany play except note C.

Probably the ACMP is set to start only when a chord is played.

One possibility is that the Split Point is set too low. Go into the Function menu to see what the Split Point is set to. The factory default setting is 054, which is the F# key in the keyboard's second octave. If I've correctly understood your description of the symptoms, it sounds like the Split Point might be set to 036, which is the C key in the keyboard's first octave.
