PSR-S970

Hi guys
Plz help
I have a Yamaha psr S970
I'm facing problem in my Style panel
From day one my break button is off also
Ending II and ending III not responding
There is no light in these button whereas ending I is working properly
Plz.help of anyone know how to unlock theses buttons
