Query re Yamaha PSR E343

Hello!

Got a query to be answered please. I have a Yamaha psr e343 keyboard.
The problem is that when I put the ACMP on, the left part of the keyboard produces no sound to play chords. How do I make the sound come on?
Also, even after pressing the Start button there is no sound produced.
Any suggestions to rectify this problem?

Can you tell us more:
is it new? (as in brand new or just new to you)?
was it working before?

Hi Shafern,
I first suggest resetting the keyboard back to its factory parameters. Please note that resetting the keyboard will erase anything you have stored to the internal memory. To reset the keyboard press and hold the highest white key while powering on the unit. At factory default settings the keyboard should be working properly.
