I have owned this keyboard for years. I also have a Yamaha DGX-205 which I like, but not nearly as much as the Radio Shack which is a clone of the Casio WK-1630. I started playing the other night and the sound cut off. The power is on and you can see the keys being played on the digital screen on the keyboard. I tried changing power sources and ordered a new power cord as well. I tried troubleshooting, including doing a reset of the keyboard. Nothing works. It's getting power but NO SOUND. I am totally lost!!! Does anyone have the knowledge to fix my issue? I appreciate it!!!

I'm guessing it's a pretty old keyboard, so it seems likely that a circuit on the motherboard may have burned out.

I looked for a service manual at ElektroTanya.com, but couldn't find anything.

If everything works except sound, I would look at anything that could mute speakers. Then check anything that is common to the speakers… wires, connectors.
Good luck!
