Randomly sounding notes- wheres the problem?

I’m having trouble with randomly sounding notes that haven’t been played.

Setup is Roland fp4 - 5-pin midi cable - Scarlett 6i6

MacBook m2 8GB - satechi usb hub - 6i6

MacBook - usb hub - korg nanokontrol

I’m running MainStage with an addictive keys vst. No other plugins.

Unwanted sounds are loud and won’t stop until I hit a panic button in MainStage.

What is the mostly likely source of the problem?!
