RD2000 program pedal control problem

Hi

I‘m trying to get a pedal to increase (or decrease) the program number for live performance. I have plugged a Roland DP-2 pedal into the EXT socket at the back of the keyboard and assigned the DP-2 to Prog Up mode in the menu. However, when I press the pedal the program changes from AO1 to AO2 but the keyboard is muted, and repeated pressing of the pedal has no further effect.

Can anybody help me with this issue, please?

With Roland I think you have to increment by scene not program. Then make sure you've saved the correct entry values for each scene.

Thank you! Looks like I’ll have to get my head round scenes Just wondering why Roland in their wisdom call the mode ‘Prog Up’ rather than ‘Scene Up’?
