I've recently ran into a bit of an issue with my Roland Juno DS. when ever i play a single note the keyboard plays the semitone above it (it plays both notes at once) on random keys across the keyboard, I'm not sure if its a factory problem or not but its vey annoying

Do a backup of your settings then do a factory reset.

Also check if you are running the latest firmware or not.
