Roland memory cards

Does anyone know where you can get memory cards for a Roland JV1080? Ebay is the obvious choice but it is a bit hit and misswith quantity and quality.

A lot of different Roland synths use the same cards.

What is the model number of the card you need?

I think it's M-[xxx]D where [xxx] is 128/256/512/whatever, but I could be wrong...
