Hey just wondering how the rd700gx stacks up against pianos like the Juno ds88 or Yamaha mx88 aswell has other keyboards now in days. Is the piano sounds comparable with those found in some pianos today? Found one for $700 and am contemplating buying it if it doesn't sound too dated. Thanks

It looks like the RD-700GX was very well spoken of by musical instrument shops back when it was for sale. I don't know how much of that was "marketing speak" written by Roland, but it appears to have gotten high ratings from actual users. Buying a used keyboard can always be risky as far as what kind of condition it's in, but you can also get some really nice deals.
