Roland RD170 making multiple layers into 1 tone and saving them? Help!

I have a RD170 and whilst the standard preset sounds are great, how can I build my favourite (say) Rhodes sound and add a layer of Grand piano sound? Then, how do I save the new combined "tone" somwhere I can quickly access it during stage performances? Please can some one help?

Read Chapter 5 of your manual, pages 22 to 28, paying special attention to page 28. Roland calls them "Setups."
