Rookie here. Play piano to compose soundtrack?

I play electric guitar. I don't play piano.
I want to start composing music for indie movie soundtracks.
Starting with something like this:

Is it possible without being able to play piano?

Very doable with the Roland SY-300 or the GR-55.

These sounds are all doable on any electric guitar with the right pickup and hardware.

Actually the 55 needs a MIDI pickup and is older technology. The 300 is the latest and works with any guitar pickup.

At any rate you do have some options without having to learn another instrument.
