Sample clip importing to PC4 through Global Mode.

I have a sample clip from a cover song I would like to import to PC4 and trigger it with an upper key on the keybed.
Using the (Live 11 Program) I clipped the intro and saved it as a Wave file, 16 bit, but cannot load it.
Does anyone know how to take an Audio sample from a song and load it?
