Sampled Drums

Hi, I own a Casio WK-3800 keyboard which has the ability to load sampled tones.
Anyone ever tried to sample drums? I am not happy with the "on-board" drums and I want to make my own, but I'm afraid the keyboard will "tune" my drums and the sound will be different.
Any ideas?
