I've started a discussion about music publishing, aggregators, distributors and streaming services in another forum and I believe it deserves the wider audience we have here.
Essentially it's similar to a tutorial thread with a few YouTube inserts, but I think the forums could use a "Music Publishing" forum separate from the other topics.
At least half the people here are either in the show or plan to be someday.
We need a thread aimed at teaching the newcomers what to avoid in today's industry.
I leave it up to the members of the forum to decide if this is a worthy idea or not.
Maybe we can even get a sort of musician's co-op started to negotiate for us?
