I presume you have some sort of prosthetic foot.
It seems to me that it's necessary to somehow adapt it to a standard volume pedal. Perhaps attaching paddles to the pedal to widen the tread.
Might I suggest contacting the War Amps or a similar organization who might be able to help or an engineer if you wish to cook up something home brew.
