I had some concerns with my kn6500 and some distortion with some of the piano sounds. I was given many things to try. What I finally did was delve into the technics book that came with the keyboard,15 years ago and I learned a lot.(which I should have done before)I found that working with the information about the Sound Controller, in conjunction with the (Program control button, on the right) fixed it so far.
