I just have to post this recommendation -- hope I'm allowed to. The sustain pedal on my theatre group's Kawai CA950 digital piano (which we love) stopped working. We tried several things, including cleaning the potentiometer and installing a new pad, but it was toast. Kawai wouldn't sell us a new pedal directly, but after much digging, we found a company called Instrumentalparts.com, and they got it for us. Someone named Carter there confirmed that it was the one we needed. (It did while to come -- about a month, I think -- but we knew that in advance, so it was no big deal.) We installed it a couple of days ago and it' works perfectly. We're so thrilled to have paid about $250 Canadian instead of buying a new digital piano.
