like every other keyboard it depends on what you want/need.

If you need a mid-range workstation with hammer action keyboard, then it's OK,
if you're aiming at playing the piano (and mostly piano sounds) then don't go Korg at all.

I find their piano sounds... well... weird :)

Write about what you need and expect from a keyboard and then we may be able to help you

Well - i took the plunge and got the tr88 - for £470 - which i dont think is a bad price for fully weighted keys.

not had a chance to play it much at the moment - but first impressions are good. the action on the board itself is really nice - better than my acoustic (which is a 30yr old bentley so it wouldnt be hard to beat!)

arps etc seem dance orientated - but not that bothered really - will be using it layer sounds on - and maybe controlled from another board anyway.

The stereo piano sound is ok - a weenie bit tinkly on the higher notes, but overall not a bad sample. im sure with a bit of tweaking i can get it to sound better.

So far so good! :)
