Triggering sound on release

Hi there
I have a Juno DS88 and I realise that I could try a little harder figuring it out myself but I think this thing is a little tricky. I don't want to spend hours if it's simply not possible.
In performance, is it possible to trigger one preset on press and another on release.
Alternatively, is it possible to create a preset that alternates precisely between to sounds. The idea is to have a sound going in 8ths where the beats is one sound while the off beats another like an A B A B A B A B pattern.

Well I have figured it out.
It's actually perfectly possible and easy as well. In Patch Edit under Wave you go to Tone Delay Mode and choose Off-N.....that's it.
Making it sound tight when playing is the next project
