I just got a used the Akai LPK25 (a 25 key mini keyboard), so I can use it with my toddler along with GarageBand and maybe Synthesia on the Mac.
When I plugged it in and tried to use it, it does weird stuff like repeating notes when i hold them down, and sometimes weirder stuff. I can't figure out how to just turn all that off so it behaves like a normal piano rather than doing all its tricks. The "arp on/off" button doesn't do what I'd expect.
