Tyros 5 - Setting up voices on the keyboard

Is there a way to change the voices assigned to RIGHT1, RIGHT2, RIGHT3 and LEFT on the keyboard through the Midi file. I can write Sys/Ex commands to set voices on Midi channels no problem but have no idea if it's possible to change the voices on RIGHT1, RIGHT2, RIGHT3 and LEFT via the Midi file for different parts of the song whilst playing live. I can record a new song with a setup and I can see the command in the DAW (Cubase) that assigns the voices to RIGHT1, RIGHT2, RIGHT3 and LEFT . It comes up as a Hex instruction titled "SMF: Sequencer Specific". You'd think you could just copy and paste it into a Song and it would work but it doesn't. In fact, if you even move it's bar location in the Song it no longer works. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
