Volume pedal?

I have a basic keyboard (Yamaha PSR-195). The different inputs/outputs it has are:
Power
Phones/aux out
Sustain
Midi IN
Midi OUT

It's a volume pedal; I'm just wondering *if* I were to buy it, where would it go into (which input)? Is my keyboard too basic? Does this go to an amp?

Unfortunately, the FC7 pedal won't work, because you don't have a volume/expression pedal port. You will probably be able to use either the FC4 or FC5 sustain pedals.

It's really just an expression pedal. Volume pedals, like the ones guitarists would use as part of their pedal rig, act on an audio signal; this one just sends MIDI controller change events. If you wanted a volume pedal, you'd run the output of your keyboard into the pedal, and the output of the pedal into something else. Personally, I find it's just as easy to adjust volumes on my amp or with the volume knob or slider on the keyboard.
