VR730 arpeggio effect?

Just purchased a VR730 and love it but need to make the steel drum patch sound like it's being played by mallets. I'm able to do that on my Juno keyboard by turning on the arpeggio settings. Any ideas?

Some keyboards have a "harmony" feature that-- among other things-- can repeat a note at different rates or beats (1/8, 1/16, etc.) when you hold down a key. However, I don't see anything like that in the manual.

If you have an iPad, there's a free VR-09 Editor app that can be used with the VR-09 and VR-730, but I don't know what its features and capablilities are.

Of course, if you have an iPad then there might be a plug-in app that can be used to play arpeggios.
