What kind of keyboard is this?

Hello all.
I came across this broken keyboard and have been offered it aslong as I commit to getting it fixed.
So I was wondering what kind of keyboard is it and is it worth fixing?

I would hope that there's a metallic plate or plastic sticker affixed to the body of the keyboard somewhere, perhaps on the back or bottom. It should specify not just the make and model of the keyboard, but also the serial number for registration purposes.

If for some reason there's no such plate or sticker on the keyboard, you could try calling Wolf's Music at the indicated telephone number to see if they can tell you what it is.
