Yamaha Clavinola Clp 440

I’m looking to buy an used Clavinola Clp 440 in great condition. The guy is asking 1200 usd for it. Price seems fair to me but I have no experience with keyboards.
I’ve looked for over 2 hours online and still can’t find any information on the current going price. Anyone connoisseur would tell if that’s a reasonable price?

Just found one going for 1200€ on a french site, so it seems the price is indeed pretty fair.
If anyone can confirm i’d be truely grateful!
