Hi All,
New member here, hello! I'm in the early stages of figuring out how my new instrument works and wondered if anyone can help with an issue I'm struggling with. I've figured out how to practice the songs on the device with the guide mode, at least for the right hand. I can't seem to figure out how to get the thing to play me the R hand part as accompaniment as I practice the L hand.

I can change which hand(s) it plays/mutes and I can choose which parts it displays/hides but the bouncing guide ball on the score always seems to follow the R hand part. I've tried poking about in the menus, the manual and googled it but I've not found what I'm looking for. Has anyone sussed this out?

Thanks in advance

Oh, howlingbaboon, you saved my struggle. I've been working on solving this, I tried dozens of combinations!
It works now!
Thank you

I just bought this keyboard and so far I love it. I’ve encountered the very issue you describe, and I could not figure out how to get the thing to go into wait mode for the left hand. Seeing these solutions and verification is encouraging. I could have sworn I had tried pressing the accompaniment button until it turned off but I still couldn’t get the left hand working in wait mode. I will try again when I get home and report back

Hello TheUniversist, make sure that the MID file you're playing on the keyboard uses two channels, one for each "hand".
