Welcome.

Here are a few things to try:-

1 is there a headphone adaptor still in the socket

2 check the manual as in the function menu there is an option to switch off the speakers.

3 reset the keyboard, hold far right keybed key fully down whilst you turn on the keyboard.

If these fail it is a case of opening up the keyboard and checking connections but only if you feel confident that you can do this.

If all else fails it is time for a new keyboard.

Thanks for striving to help. No there is no headphone adaptor in the socket. I checked the function menu (028 Local on/off) and I believe it is okay. I did try to reset the keyboard as you said and that gave a Backup.
This happened some time back also. There was no song, then after a time it started working again.

It sounds like something in the electronics might be failing, or has failed-- maybe a burned-out circuit or something like that. But I'm not a technician, so I really don't know what the issue might be.

The service manual is available at ElektroTanya, so you might want to take a look at it. I wouldn't attempt to repair anything myself if I were not knowledgeable and skilled enough, and equipped with the proper tools and replacement parts, but at the very least you could run the self-test program that's built into the keyboard, as described in the service manual:

Check if there is sound through hp Jack. If not main board is bad or the main volume control is bad.

I have the very same issue. I have got the same model of the keyboard. I did not play it for a long time. Display still works, but there is no sound from speakers neither from headphones.
What was the problem the technician solved, please?

The final solution-fixation of the problem was replacement of
the little chip inside:

Now it works properly the same way as before!

For me it was one of the three 100u/16V capacitors on the output side of the amplifier (C514, C515, C520), which failed shorted.
After replacing it, the sound is back.

Same here, I was struggling to find where the issue came from and then found this thread.
I ordered 5 capacitors 100u/16V on Amazon for ~5€ total. Replaced those circled in red C514, C515 and C520. They were all the 3 side by side.
I plugged in the keyboard and voila. Sound returns.
Thanks for the hint.
