good day everyone. i need help please? i have a yamaha psr e443 keyboard. it has no sound coming out from the speaker but all the display, buttons and functions are working properly inclusing the amplifier which o tested it using another input source. the volume control is good. i need your expertise please help me.. thank you and more power!

Go into your USB MIDI settings and make sure LOCAL is set to ON.
If that doesn't work, then try a factory reset.

Hi Kiel,
Before you do a factory reset, just be aware that it will delete any saved settings.
Just last week we attacked this problem for another Yamaha user and posted some ideas. . .
