I have a Yamaha Electone HS-6 dead. Checked the power side and found amplifier is ok and power to all boards and IC,s ok. Main MC and slave Mc,s are also getting 5V . Amp supply 24-0-24 is also OK. Other than that +15,0,-15V supply is also OK.. RHYTHM GENERATOR output side to mixing amp IC.s do talk to the speakers. Beyond that all is dead, but power to all IC's are OK up to keyboard scanners. I tried factory rest also but no success. Any helping advise will be appreciated. Thanks.

Dear Sir, Thank you for the information. In my case the music generation side looks dead but the amplifier part
is OK. It does talk if a signal is applied. The problem is no life even the power is OK on beyond the mixing amplifier .
If I switch on power and do medal the input pin of the mixer amp IC(MC4558) it makes a big hum if master volume is turned on. So the amplifier part is OK. Fault is in the music generating part. It does not produce any from the keyboard or rythem generators. even though all IC power is OK.

Unfortunately, I have no technical know how. I am not sure if anyone on this forum has the same model as yours.
Someone here may be able to guide you through a repair process. Hopefully. Good luck.
