When I select ACMP only C note respond rest play as voice tone. I am unable play with accompany.

If you mean that only the lowest C note on the keyboard is playing the style, and that all other notes are playing the Main or Main/Dual voice, then it sounds like the Split Point is set too low.

Go into the Function menu and check the Split Point setting, then adjust it to suit your needs.

If that doesn't help, you can always try using the "Backup Clear" procedure, described in the owner's manual.
