I have a Yamaha psr E363 I tried connecting it to my iPad via USB when I open the apps e.g. simply piano it says it’s connected but the keyboard isn’t recognising the notes off the device. But I can hear the device sound in the keyboard. Does anyone here knows how to make it work? Thanks.

Thank you, it’s sorted now The connection was ok, the problem was the app. But it’s all good now.
