Yamaha psr s700, help?

Hi,

I got a psr s700 about 2 years ago. So now I got a problem with it...

When I start the piano, the screen and buttons start to flash and the speakers produce a scratchy noise.
Does any one know what the problem might be??

I'm no good with repairs, but the service manual is freely available:

After clicking the link on that page, below the "Document preview" box on the next page you will see the line: "This file is downloadable free of charge: ...processing..." Wait for that to change to "Get Manual," which is actually a link. Click on that link to download the manual.

I hope you can get it fixed, whatever it is.
