PSR 540 (550) LCD Display issue

Hi Guys,
I have a Yamaha PSR 540 (same as 550) keyboard and it has started to loose some characters from the LCD panel. I tried cleaning it but it is still the same. I tried everywhere, but cannot find a replacement. Is there anyway to fix this? Can anyone help me?
