Yamaha Motif XS6 No Sound

Turned it on this morning, and the screen came up perfectly fine. Everything seems to work except for the audio, which doesn't come out of the speaker. I tested the speaker with another instrument and the same audio cable and it worked too. I have tried factory resetting the keyboard, that did not solve the problem. Any ideas?
