Yamaha PSR is playing extra notes when i play.

My keyboard will play a B or a F# whenever i play F and C together. Sometimes the extra key being played will repeat super fast but i cant play an F chord at all if it has a C in it.
Ive tried to reset it and it did not work.

Please and thanks for all responses anything would be nice i just got it on Christmas

Do you have the keyboard hooked up to any other software, like cubase, or any other application? Anything hooked up to it via MIDI or USB?

no nothing i just its just plugged into a power strip..

not plugged into anything but this problem persists with all Fs and Cs throughout the whole keyboard
