Advanced programming for midi files

Hi. I am looking for a website or YouTube tutorial that can help me understand advanced programming tips for Tyros 4 and Genos 1.

I know how to create a midi file. For eg I am trying to add a while bar or delete a while bar in the song. How can this be done? The manual is very confusing and hard to follow. A video tutorial would be much beneficial!

Also in the SysEx tab there are a bunch of alpha-numeric codes. What do they mean?

Can anyone out there in this forum able to help? Thanks.
