Cubase issues

I simply searched for "Cubase latency issues" on google, and I found an FAQ at Cubase.com, I simply followed the instructions on that page... I think that was all I did actually, I did some more searching, but I think I decided to wait until I had my keyboard back home before making any other changes. But now it seems like I didn't need to do any more changes

Okey... Now I've just encountered a new problem... My VSTs has stopped working :S

Everything works fine before I connect a VST, then I get no signals back. I guess the problem is something with the signals from the VSTs to my speakers...

If anyone knows what might cause this problem, please help
