How to export a style . .

Ah, no i didn't know about the conversion, thanks! Again, all of Korg's previous styles were all the same format, I did realize the format change don PA5x but I'd mistakely assumed they'd make it fully backwards compatible!

Oh, wait, I'd a similar video previously; but after I updated to OS1.2, I no longer have the same import menu on our PA5x here...? When I press file, then menu, the import option is gone.
Instead it's been replaced by a PA4x to PA5x conversion button, but since my sample packs had worked on all Korgs previously, they're all from PA1x, PA2x, PA3x.

Which OS are you on? this *was* on our PA5x when it was 1.0, but not anymore

Hi Mark,
I’m now on 1.3. Currently going thru converting again.

It says you can only convert Pa4x styles, but I’ve converted pa3x’ styles and older. Only the styles themselves, no samples or other data included in the .set.
Only guessing , but maybe the extra data from older style.sets causes problems.

What I do is
press file button
press menu button
press data conversion icon

On top of screen I
Select Pa4x folder to convert (locate folder on your disk)

press exit ( located top left hand of screen)

choose or create folder you want to save too

press convert
