Kurzweil Cup 2

Hey Guys, my cup 2 started to sound as if the speakers were broken but the same sound comes when I just use the headphones. I change all cables and did a hard reset but nothing. I don’t even know where the serial number is ? Could you help ? Thank You !!

I tried to contact them but I cannot send the form without the serial number and I cannot locate it … do you know where it is ?

Check the obvious places. The CE sticker by the power cord, under the keyboard , back panel, etc...
