49% employee owned, they are set to receive a payout if some form for their shares. What level of cash is another matter.

Mis-managed for years, with poorly paid employees who were seeking union representation and a living wage, financial difficulties for whatever reason.

Yet what does she say, typical US management BS, distancing herself and the Foundation from InMusic.

Anyone who now buys a Moog is well, enough said
