I've bought online many many times, but I've learned from experience to only buy from vendors who are also in my home country. If I order something from overseas or the US I get walloped by inflated brokerage and shipping fees that totally destroy any savings I might get on the price.

I'd suggest googling for an Indian retailer in Hindi and if nothing turns up then order it from the Philippines or Pakistan or directly from China. Wherever the duties are the least and shipping costs to you are the lowest.

I tried googling Indian music stores but I think I have to be able to write in Sanskrit in order to do a proper search.
