Anything that produces a waveform is NOT boring...

Yes, maybe right. . . Not boring!
But from the vids I see, it is certainly not inspiring either. The sound is jerky and erratic.
There is no harmony and flow. It is more like pizzicato style.
I can't see a need for musicians to take it up.
I can't see a place for it in a band or orchestra.
A solo artist would be better off with a conventional instrument.
Unless I am missing something!
Forget it.

Me to Ray, with all the samples and stuff the kids can make on their mobiles there seems little by way of market potential via the younger people’s pockets.

Its a First for me, I fell asleep during a Jack Duxbury video, he was going through the spec of the Behrinzzzzzzzzzzzzzr

You guys are forgetting the nostalgia element.

Middle agers and seniors may have learned on one when younger.

And since the Omnichord is an electrification of the autoharp, there are hundreds of thousands who grew up listening to them in country music songs.

The layout is a lot less intimidating for a beginner learning chords who wants to learn a traditional stringed instrument.
