Tyros 2 would work, yes. So would a Tyros 1.
We actually get random used keyboards, and at the moment we do have a Tyros 2 used! (we also recently had a T3 and a T4). So would a PSRs750/s770/s970/s950 etc/
I've also tried with Korg PA800 (PA2x) and yeah, that works too. Can assume Pa1000/700/4x and PA900/600/3x would also work. (PA5x has a completely different chipset to all prior models, and probably not the budget you're looking for anyway. But one of these days I'll get around to trying that out too.)
