Mark 5 wont stay on

I have a Mark 5 that turns on and lights up but won’t stay on. It comes on and immediately turns right back off. I’ve tried a few online resets but nothing has worked. Anyone else experienced this problem?

Tried both of these resets and neither one worked.

Then look at the other threads. It may be defective caps in the power supply.

Unless you are comfortable with electronic repairs you'd best take it to a tech.
