PSR S910 A key only has a loud dong noise

Hi,
I have an A key that only makes a sudden loud "dong" noise when fully pressed down. Any ideas before I take the keyboard apart and clean.

Before you use a screwdriver, back up your settings, then try a system reset and check your firmware. There may be updates.
