Roland Juno di update damaged software of my keyboard

Hello Dears,

Can anyone help me with this issue?
I downloaded an update file from Roland website for my keyboard, Roland Juno di, tried to update and since than my unit only lights up blank, when you start it only shows Roland than nothing else appears. I can’t do factory reset and not even restore my keyboard. The unit only stays blank with no information on it. Can anyone tell me what to do to restore my keyboard?
It has been a year that I keep straggling with this issue, please help me.
